On The Edge Of Eternity

As if the world wasn’t already crazy enough, we’ve had an explosion of talk (and evidence) produced about extraterrestrial beings in recent years and days. I’ve been on the cusp of writing about this for a good while now and have postponed it due to just not feeling like I have enough of a handle on it to even speak intelligently to it. I’m not sure that even now I can speak intelligently to it, but I’ll do the best I can with my very limited brain resources.

Timeline of Major Prophetic Passages

(Note: Many of these events will happen simultaneously, so this is not exactly a flow chart. I have put them in the general order in which it appears they will occur. Those things that happen either simultaneously or at least close to one another will be grouped together by a dotted line. Even at that, it is still hard to get an exact timing for all of these events.)

This is a really long explanation of the question above, but I think it’s important that we are able to answer it, especially with all the antisemitism and replacement theology floating around. I pieced together this article from a few different teachers and professors. Hope it helps.

Matthew 24 describes a time before, during, and after the tribulation.  In our class that we’re currently in, we will be taking a pre-tribulation point of view.  In other words, the view that believers in Christ will be raptured prior to the last 7 years of tribulation.
