Geopolitical Update

Friends, there is so much going on in the world, but especially in our own country. I’m just going to hit the highlights in this update:

1. Iran - This is the big topic of geopolitical news. US envoy, Steve Witkoff, is currently in

Israel meeting with top officials about whether or not we will use military action against Iran. Shame on us if we don’t. Witkoff is a dangerous man who is feeding President Trump the false narrative that Iran is not killing its own people.

I will say it again, why is our Secretary of State, Marco Rubio not the one over there negotiating this? Iran currently has the fastest growing Christian population in the world. Our brothers and sisters in Christ are being murdered in the streets along with anyone else who dares go against this wicked regime. This evil regime is raping women and children to “instill

maximum fear” in people.

I’m not real happy with President Trump right now for dragging this out. He is still holding out for diplomacy, but you can’t negotiate with terrorists and murderers. This would be a dangerous and foolish move. Iran/Persia has long played a part in biblical history.

During the prophet Daniel’s day, when the Medo/Persian Empire defeated the Babylonian Empire, it was the Persian King Cyrus who made it possible for the Jewish people to return to their homeland and rebuild the temple and the city.

Iran will play a major role in end-time prophecy as they unite with Turkey and the countries to the north (Russia and the “stan” countries) in an epic

showdown against Israel in the Gog/Magog War of Ezekiel 38-39.

2. Turkey - Erdogan now has Turkish troops in Somalia, Cyprus, Sudan, Libya, and Syria.

Ruth Wasserman-Lande, former member of the Knesset says that Erdogan wants to “free” Jerusalem from the occupiers (the Jews). He wants to lead a new Islamic caliphate just like the former Ottoman Empire. He’s a dangerous man.

Currently, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan have a Sunni Muslim alliance. And Pakistan has nuclear weapons. And the worst part of this is that Turkey is in NATO. If Turkey got attacked by anyone, we’d have to assist as part of NATO. NATO needs to be abolished. It was created in 1949 to be a collective alliance against the Soviet Union. That reason no longer exists.

3. Is Israel the only nation who recognizes that there is a global war going on with all of these jihadists scattered across the earth? I think they are. The US seems to be grossly over interested in the whole “peace in the Middle East” thing and there will not be true peace over there until the Prince of Peace returns. When the Jewish Prime Minister says they are going to fight against the Christian genocide in Nigeria, they get it. They know what is at stake here, and they are already fighting a multi-fight war.

4. Jared Kushner - Who is this guy who is married to President Trump’s daughter, Ivanka? He is Jewish. He is the architect of the Abraham Accords (yes, this is a peace deal) and I believe that he is the driving force behind our current Middle East policy. He was behind the scenes in Trump’s last administration as the driving force in Middle East policy. Kushner has some major conflicts of interest regarding financial investments in the Middle East, especially in Qatar. Does this have anything to do with why he is

advising the President in the manner he is currently doing? I think it does.

And get this, he formerly owned a Manhattan property on 666 Fifth Ave. That’s interesting. Regardless of how this whole “peace” thing looks to the outside world, the Abraham Accords are not a good thing.

5. Minneapolis - The Somolis have literally taken over this city. In his book, Slavery, Terrorism, and Islam, Dr. Peter Hammond says that “The ultimate goal of Islam is not to convert the world, but to establish Sharia Law over the entire world.” And he explains in his book just how this works, “At 1% of any given country, they will be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to anyone.

At 2% and 3%, they begin to proselytize minorities and disaffected groups from jails and street gangs. From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. They will work to get the ruling government to get them to operate under Sharia.” This is what is going on in Minneapolis. This is what is going on in Josephine, TX. This is the cancer that is spreading across our country.

Why are all these people seemingly more interested in supporting criminals than in supporting the law? This happened during the 1st century as well. In Luke 23:18, we see that the people in Jesus’s day cried out to release Barabbas, the murderous insurrectionist, instead of Jesus. And in the craze of the moment, the crowd shouted “Crucify, crucify Him!”. Oh friends, there is nothing new under the sun. We have much to pray about. But we also have much hope to share with a lost and dying world.
