  1. Lots of sadness right now in Syria as terrorist organizations attack and massacre Druze populations and Christian populations. We hear of these things on the news and we hear numbers, but do we see faces? I wanted to post this picture of a Christian pastor in Syria, with his entire family; parents, brothers, sisters, and children. 20 people in all and each and every one was murdered in the Syrian city of As Suwayda. In another situation, a family was forced to jump from their home balcony to their death. Pray for intervention and help for these people who are being so persecuted.

  2. A little Druze baby was kidnapped yesterday in Syria. Our minds don't want to go there. Pray for this child to be returned unharmed and pray for his family who must be heart-sick over this tragedy.

  3. The President of Syria, Ahmed al-Sharaa might wear a suit when he meets President Trump, but he is still a terrorist. As my daddy used to say, "You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig." This man is dangerous, and although the regime change was celebrated in Syria, it was simply a change from one terrorist regime to another. Please pray for the people of Syria. Israel has been supplying humanitarian and military aid to these endangered populations.

  4. Turkey seems to be playing a bigger and bigger role in funding and supporting multiple terrorist organizations in the Middle East. And yet, they are in NATO. Keep your eyes on Turkey as we move deeper into the last days.

  5. Russia is making threats of Armageddon to the West that they will make preemptive strikes if we (NATO) send Patriot missiles to Ukraine. Pray for cool heads to prevail.

  6. Ambassador Mike Huckabee is one of my favorite people in this administration. He is a former pastor and understands both the political and spiritual implications of a relationship with Israel. He sent a stunning letter (leaked to the press) this week regarding the Visas of Christian groups who want to visit Israel. In the letter, he claims that the Israeli Interior Minister is blocking and extending the wait time for Christian groups who want to tour Israel. In the letter, he said, "It would be very unfortunate that our embassy would have to publicly announce throughout the United States that the state of Israel is no longer welcoming Christian organizations." A copy of the letter was sent to Netanyahu. You can go online and find a copy of the entire letter. Having Christian groups tour Israel is very close to the heart of Mike Huckabee. I will continue to monitor this situation.

  7. Salacious stories have been circulating on the internet! People are drawn to these stories like flies on a cow! The story of the CEO who was caught on the kiss cam at a concert, the story of 2 people being caught in a sexual act at a local credit union, the Epstein files, the released data on the Russia hoax, etc. Behind all these stories and all this drama are families who are hurting and humiliated. We all want to know more. We all want to get to the truth. We all want to see that those who are guilty are brought to justice. How do we know what the truth is? How should we respond to such horrible and deeply unsanitized juicy stories? We need to pray for discernment. Romans 12:2 "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."

Always keep an eternal perspective on life. What we see and experience here on earth is temporary. I was reminded of this a couple of days ago as I attended a funeral. Funerals offer a perfect reason to share the gospel with those who are grieving who might not know the Lord. Wars, wars, and rumors of wars, but peace, real peace, is on the horizon for those of us who are believers in Christ. And that peace will not be temporary, it will be eternal!

Phil. 4:7 "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."

Go to church! Fellowship with other believers! Learn and worship the living and true God
